These 67 energy-efficient apartments located on the Zuid-Willemsvaart in Helmond create a characteristic image in the Burgemeester Geukerspark. The owner-occupied apartments are spread over three buildings, ranging from two- to four-room apartments from approximately 80 m² to 158 m². The apartments have a luxurious finish, sustainable materials and are fully equipped.

We were able to provide these sustainable homes with energy-efficient underfloor heating. Partly due to the combination of tacker plate and our prefab modules, this has ensured a smooth and ergonomically responsible installation.
