25 houses and 29 apartments Velserweide

In the green neighborhood of Velserbroek, we recently started a beautiful new residential development with 54 homes. It’s a wonderful location, close to Haarlem and the recreational area Westbroekplas—perfect for families and nature lovers.

Here, we are installing prefab underfloor heating: a fast, efficient, and sustainable solution that provides the homes with modern comfort.
The first meters have already been laid, and in the coming months we will be hard at work installing a total of 3,898 m² of underfloor heating.

According to schedule, the homes will be completed in the first quarter of 2026.
