PHASE 3: 70 Housing Units in Bloemwijk, Alkmaar

In Bloemwijk, Alkmaar, a total of 174 new homes are being developed. The neighborhood is known for its distinctive character and strong sense of community. The new homes are sustainable and blend well with the existing streetscape.

VIDALCO is providing the prefabricated underfloor heating for this construction project, and after several phases, we are now nearing completion of the final phase, which includes 70 homes! In the photo, you can see the modules on their way to the construction site!
