Phase 1? CHECK!

17 rental homes and 24 owner-occupied homes have now been fitted with our prefab underfloor heating system. We kicked off this first phase in January, during which we installed more than 16.5 kilometers of piping. Yes, you read that right—sixteen and a half kilometers!

And we’re far from finished!

Coming up next: Phase 2!

We’ll soon get started with phase 2: 21 owner-occupied homes that are eager to stay nice and warm this winter. After that comes phase 3, with another 20 owner-occupied homes.
